Guest guest
After I sent the miracle email, I realized that describing that Evy had " So many deficits " was a gross and thoughtless exaggeration. So before anyone takes me to task, I want to apologize. This is a little boy who couldn't even point to get what he wanted at age two. He now does beautifully, has friends come over to ask him to play, and is a delightful participant in his family, school and community. To focus on his few remaining difficulties with such exaggeration is not displaying gratitude for how very far he has come. I wonder if I'll ever stop worrying if we have done enough? Please forgive me for being so thoughtless to those of you still at the beginning. Merry Christmas and love to you all. Don't give up hope t Burk Www.autismteachingtools.com
