Guest guest
Hi, , and welcome. The modlel you have is Model 2, or, Bullworker2. You can put some mass on at your age. Consume plenty of high quality protein foods along with Bullworker Training. Check out www.forum.bullworker.com You'll find a lot of good information there, too. I don't know the model because i no longer have the manual and that is one of the reasons i joined this club. My bullworker has the green handles with the transparent fixed cords.I checked out some of the links mentioned on this site and still can't find one that i can download the manual from, any help would be appreciated. I would also like to know if you can still put on muscle mass from the bullworker at my age and if anyone has any pictures showing before and afters and the routine and amount of training time that it took to achieve their success. My experience with it yrs ago was mediocre as i never really gave it enough time. Thanks for any help No need to miss a message. Get email on-the-go with Yahoo! Mail for Mobile. Get started. Guest guest
Brent, Thanks for uploading the file. If the file size is big you can compress and upload it. Thanks, Kumarvbcepoloway wrote: Hi Surojit! Yes,I had thought about posting the whole manual here for all to copy should they need. I have no problem with copyright, as if you have a BW, then you are entitled to a manual, even if it is the ancient one that I have. Since there seems to be some interest in this, and where there's even a couple people, there will be more behind the scenes with the same question/needs, then I would like to go ahead and do that; , if that's OK with you, I'll just do it that way. If you'd still prefer, I can still go ahead and mail you a copy since you're in the US. Maybe one of our Moderators will have a suggestion on the best way to do this, as the file size will be substantial. Will I need to use the link up in the top left of this "Post Message" page that says "Files"? If there is a better way, then please forward your comments. This will likely take me a few days to put it all together and get it up, so no big rush, but look forward to being able to do my little bit to help The Group. In the meantime, I'll start scanning, and figuring out the best way to put it all together. Again, all comments are welcome. Brent >> Hi my name is and i just joined this club yesterday.
