Guest guest
" If I don't do the things, nobody will. " Is this true? Is it true that nobody else will do the things if you don't? Write as much about this as you can and see what else comes up for inquiry. " my mother told me many, many times....that I was born for to take care of her...). " Is this true? Write about it and do the iquiry. Blessings on going within. Ave I have to do too many things.... I have to do too many things..... Usuelly when I feel responsable for everything and when I feel very serious what follows is the thought that I have to do too many things! 1 Is it true? Yes!!! I have not enough free time, in which I can do what I want or when I want it or in which I can do nothing! 2 Can I absolutely know that it's true? No... 3 How do I react when I think that thought? I feel angry at life! I am angry that I have to do so many things and that there are people who are free to do or not to do what they want every day of their lives... I long for my free time and hate everything that stands in between me and my free time! I want everything just to be done and feel no pleasure in doing things. I feel angry and impatience with myself that I want to do the things too perfect. I feel angry with myself when I work too slow! I put all the things I like to do in my freetime, so in this time I have also a huge list of having-to-do-things and don't really enjoy myself. a Where do I feel it in my body? I feel very very tired in my body. I feel as if I am carrying a huge burden and many more burdens are waiting for me to be carried. b Where do I go with that thought, where does my mind take me? List some core beliefs: If I don't do the things, nobody will. I am too small for the big task which is waiting for me. (I had already a job before I was born....my mother told me many, many times....that I was born for to take care of her...). f Does this thought bring peace or stress into my life? Stress!!! n Can I see a reason to drop the thought? (but don't try) Yes! o Can I see a stress-free reason for keeping the thought? No! 4 Who am I without that thought? Peaceful and free...just enjoy doing things or enjoying to do nothing... 5 Turn it around I don't have to do too many things. My thinking has to doo too many things...Yes, my thinking works overtime.... Any suggestions?
