Hi Tawnya, That chronic fatigue certainly sounds like a rheumatic disease to me, whether Lupus or any other of them. I have rheumatoid arthritis and recently my primary care doctor had me do a "sleep study" (not exactly painful of course, but very tedious and uncomfortable, by the way) because he wouldn't believe that my level of fatigue was just due to RA, type 1 diabetes, and age (65). He thought I had sleep apnea--I don't, thank heavens! All I would need is one more "device" (a CPAP respirator) to try to sleep with. I already wear an insulin pump.
