Guest guest
Hi all, I’m very glad to be member of this group. This first message is not my own question, but I’d like to ask on behalf of my friend who doesn’t speak English, I hope it’s allowed in our group. Her son’s name: Bob. Age: 5 years old. Diagnosed: AUTISM He has received ABA for 1 year already and made progress from it, he still maintains the program with 4 hours per day. However, so far he still has the following problem: 1. Every 4-5 days, he wakes up in middle of the night, around 2:00AM, and plays alone until 05:00AM (before treatment, this happened very regularly) 2. He still sometimes laughs loudly without appropriate reason. 3. During studying time, his hand is still not calm but regularly moves, waves… 4. He can not concentrate well and doesn’t look at the therapist while responding the demands. For sure you have some ideas how to deal with these problems. Furthermore: 5. Is it possible for her son to be treated in the US? If you know any Vietnamese therapists in the US and how to contact them, please let us know. Looking forward to hearing from you.
