Pain and depression

Pain is worse tonight and just thought I would see if anyone else was

out there... Just need to talk... First time trying this - The pain

and depression come hand in hand sometimes and this is one of those

nights. Usually I handle it pretty up beat (or as up as possible)

but tonight seems worse than in a while. I'll try and lay down for a

while because it doesn't seem like anyone is online. Try and check

with you later I guess.

Sorry I missed you. I just logged on for the day. I agree, pain &

depression are connected. I don't usually come online until after 10pm most

nights

lately. If you're online then I'd be up to chatting.

The night time, which used to be my favourite, is just awful now. Sleep is

elusive and I awaken every 1-2 hrs with an ice pick in my back.Then after

rearranging and falling asleep, it seems like it returns immediately. This

is wreaking havoc with my husbands sleep and I feel just awful for that,

almost worse than anything else. He has a long work day and I just end up

feeling guilty.

Maybe we will all get lucky and catch each other one of these nights.
