Guest guest
I am planning to stop the pushups I do three days a week and just use Bullworker everyday, along with resuming my walks. To date, I have been doing two sets of 50+ three chair pushups three days a week, along with the Bullworker five days a week, but have not been walking. As much as I love pushups, it seems to get more difficult to find the time to get them done. The Bully workout is fast. It works. And, I am 54 and losing the desire to continue pushups. I've said it before, I love the Bullworker and I'd never give it up. Rich Pbullworkeruser wrote: >> Well, it's getting close to that time again. Guest guest
It is good to switch up training routines or over time, you go crazy. I am very much into Yoga these days. Nice change of pace. > > > > Well, it's getting close to that time again. Does anyone plan on > > making any resolutions for the coming year as far as using the > > Bullworker goes? I don't make new year's resolutions, but I just started out with the aim of going for 20 pull-ups or chin-ups. I read somewhere that it was a standard for US Marines, so I think, why not? I'm now up to 2 reps, able to cheat for a third by swinging my legs, but I'll be patient and just try for a third and do isometric holds on that rep. I tried this a couple of years ago and the most I reached was five reps plus two cheating reps. So the most I did in recent years was 7 reps. I remember that I could easily do 20 reps sometime when I was a kid -- and lots of pounds lighter. LOL > Now that I have a 20 " Steel Bow, I resolve to use > it at work everyday. Yeah, the 20 " is not just a home gym, it's a PORTABLE gym! I'm looking to have one of my own, too. Gerry
Guest guest
Hi Rich, Good luck on your resolutions, I too recently ordered a steel bow and am anxiously looking forward to recieving it. Do you plan on using the iso-motion workout? My goals are to reduce my waist size from 41 to 34 inches and get my weight down to 175-180 lbs. It won't be easy as I have been exercising for months now and nothing seems to be happening. Recently I added cinnamon (1000 mg a day) to my supplements and have noticed a loss of a few lbs. Cinnamon helps with sugar metabolism, so in theory should help with fat loss. Please keep us posted on your progress as any success posted on this board is an encouragement to the rest of us.
