I *so* agree..Relationships are so difficult, whether it is friends,

family or significant other. I feel so much like burden sometimes,

and I have discovered I do not hide my pain very well. People always

know when they look in my eyes, face. Then you see them look at you

with pity!!! ARRGGHHH! A happy medium would be nice. Then there are

those times when people ask, " How are you feeling? " Boy, a loaded

question, do you answer them? or just say " fine. " Most people really

don't want to know, because *they* can't handle it.

As for my significant other...He knew of my health problems in the

beginning of our relationship, and I couldn't ask for someone more

supportive, but I can't help but wonder if he would be happier with

someone...well...healthier than I. I am only 36 and feel the same

sometimes...as if life is passing me by.
