Guest guest
Poor Jan, I have the same problem. My partner has to get behind me and literally shove me out of bed. Then I head for the oxy and bextra and wait a few minutes. Things start to lossen up and I am off for the day....sometimes. lol Sometimes I can sit for hours and not move. Depends on the weather, mostly humidity. My hands and back are horrible. Plus, I have had rotator cuff surgery that I have fallen on twice...so the old arms ain't what they used to be. God Bless us one and all. donna
Guest guest
I keep my pain pills next to my bed with a glass of water there too at night. Then first thing in the morning I take them. It has helped me get out of bed many a time that way, even if I have to lie there for an hour before the pain meds starting working. Caroline Donna Berg wrote: I have the same problem. Guest guest
Donna, I know it gets so tough! I wish I had an automatic out of bed shover... When my boyfriend stays over, he will sleep in right along with me, so that doesn't work out for either of us! :-) If you discover any miracles with regard to this, keep me posted! Jan :-) Donna Berg wrote: Poor Jan, I have the same problem. My partner has to get behind me and literally shove me out of bed
