Guest guest
Hello everyone, One of the hepatologists at my center wants to begin annual re-evaluation of all listed liver patients. He is talking about a complete evaluation.. Will complete re-eval be covered by insurance? We are talking cardiology, pulmonary, colonoscopy, EGD. Right now I obtain up-dated ekg, chest x-ray, clinic note and labs for infectious disease and basic met panel. One carrier wants an echo too, but that's all they require. I do not believe an annual re-eval will be covered unless it is medically necessary. Please adviseā¦thanks, Joni McMahon Financial Coordinator Transplant Services UMass Memorial Medical Center Worcester, MA 01655 fax
