Guest guest
I might suggest that those of us who see Dr. Spurlock let him know when we can't get appointments according to his desired timetable. If he says he wants to see us again in 4 weeks, but we only find appointments 10 weeks out, I think he needs to know this from all of us. I might suggest that we call his RN and get a message directly to him. I think sometimes physicians don't know what is going on at the front desk. And getting back in a timely manner, when he wants to see us, is important. If his RN calls back and says he's ok with 10 weeks, then that's what we have to live with. If, on our own, we feel we need an appt and can't get in for 10+ weeks, we need to let him know at the appt that we had a problem getting in to see him. JMHO.
