Dealing with Bacteria

Anyone have advice on bacteria. My son's yeast problem has cleared

up, but now we have bacteria problems. I want to try a natural

solution first. I recently made the coconut Kefir and that is

supposed to help. That is when he had the neon green poop and I was

thinking that was a good thing.

I am a bit confused on bacteria and what I can do to prevent it in the

future.

Any advice appreciated.
