If that is what is causing your EN, stopping them should resolve the EN quickly. Describe your erythema nodosum/PG symptoms or, if you do not have EN or PG, please explain why you wish to join this group. My main symptoms are the red nodules in my lower legs. They are very painful. I am on birth control pills and I think that they are causing me to have this. 6. List any other health conditions.None 7. State what medications or treatments you take for EN, and their effectiveness: I haven't taken anything for EN. I went to the Dr. about this about 5 years ago and she said there is nothing that I can take except for ibuprofrin or Tylenol.8. When did you first get erythema nodosum or PG?
