Dear ,On behalf of all our members, welcome to our Erythema Nodosum Group! Thanks for sending in your Questionnaire. I have added your information to our "Member Medical History" Files on the Group site and posted it below. You now have Full EN Group privileges. You are receiving NO EN Group emails, and you can also go to the Erythema Nodosum Group Site :http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/erythema_nodosum_Group/ whenever you like and logging on with your Yahoo ID and secret password. If you consult another MD please let us know his/her opinion, and what treatment s/he prescribes. Do you also have malaise, a flu like feeling and painful joints as well as fever? The natural progression is for EN is to get worse before it gets better, and it can take weeks to many months to clear up. I know it is frustrating. It can test your patience. Be sure to get tested for alpha-1 ATT Deficiency . It can cause Asthma symptoms as well as liver involvement. Love, idiopathic EN since '68********1. Your name and age:32 2. Your location Cave Creek, AZ. 3. Your email address: nicolettemarg@yahoo 4. Your Yahoo ID tte 5. Describe your erythema nodosum/PG symptoms or, if you do not have EN or PG, please explain why you wish to join this group. I

first noticed a sore small bump next to my shin about 9 months ago and

thought I must have bumped me leg into something. Within a month it got

larger and turned red. I now have 3 knots on my right leg only that

turn from a red lump to a bruise. They never go away they just fade in

and out flaring up once a week. 6.List any other health conditions. Hepatitis C, Asthma 7.

State what medications or treatments you take for EN, and their

effectiveness: my doctor has not suggested any kind of treatment. He

suggested waiting to see if it gets worse. Well of course its going to

get worse. Its done nothing but get worse. Very fustrated with my

doctor. Going to another doctor for a second opinion in 2 weeks. 8.
