Does your child swallow pills? If he does then go for the pills because the liquid is pretty bitter tasting. My son is 5 and 42lbs and I started him off at 1 drop 3 times per day and worked my way up to 10 drops 3 times per day. I'm sure I could go higher but he does quite well at this dose. If you're going to use the drops, I'd suggest using a syringe with a bit of pear juice and just squirt it down the little mouth. Thanx. I went ahead and ordered the tincture. Ian is only 3 and is

very good at tolerating his icky tasting medicines. Thank goodness

for that!! We're on about a dozen different supplements right now,

and a lot of them get mixed together with juice to make some

interesting flavors....what's one more?
