Guest guest
I wish you continued success and greater health. My understanding is,that. although isometrics raise blood pressure, this is temporary, and,in time,bp should normalize. But,I'm no doctor.Any exercise will temporairly raise bp. I also do Atlas' Dynamic Tension along with Bullworker. Are you a member of the Atlas forum? If not,we'd love to have you.www.charlesatlas.com. While there, visit the Message Board. You can get a lot of good help there, and make some good friends.Everyone in the Bullworker club is invited to visit and join, there are Bullworker users who are members there. Again,my best wishes to you. RichWoz MacCuish wrote: That's great! It's made you feel really positive hasn't it? Feeling positive will improve your health. Guest guest
There do not seem to be enough bicep exercises for the bullworker. Is there any place to look and see more exercises for the biceps?
