What's wrong w my Amazing Chart CMS1500

Anyone

having this problem= when i check my cms1500 before uploading to OA, my office

address has the zip code numbers switched around but I checked AC Admin, my

address is correct. It does not happen every time either. Also Is there a way

to separate mailing address vs physical address automatically. so far i have

had to change it manually each time. Can AC save the changes one makes to CMS

1500 MD demographics? OA says if address is wrong, the check will be

mailed to the wrong place too. Also I used a modifier 25 for a visit and when

up loaded to AC it came out as -2. I know there are " superusers' out

there. Help me if you can

Happens to me also, especially with the modifiers. I haven’t

taken the time to check with AC support….has anyone?
