It was me who wrote that reply on the Bronze Bow forums. I've noted

there that the people on that forum are quite skeptical of the

bullworker but I have noted from first hand experience that the

bullworker definately brings on some very positive results...

equipment if you use it correctly. The gains are definitely visible

as I and many others have experienced. My advice is use it to hold

an exercise for about 15 seconds at max power. Trust me, after 24

exercises in one session you will feel it! You can get them second

hand for not much and its definitely worth a try. "

can change that by posting results here and spreading the word to

friends and family, and on other forums(if they allow it-you can

always give it a try),as the above satisfied user has done.

It is funny that folks over there might be skeptical of the BW when it

utilizes isometric contraction to it fullest. Candidly, there are

those among us (mostly me) that finds the whole " swimming in air "

approach advocated by BB to be almost laughable.

To wit, I once tried to find some research to substantiate that method

of exercise via research. I found one very flimsy study.

Now, compare that to the research on isos on an immovable object, like

the BW.

Game set and match.
