Guest guest
My son has made the most progres this yr and he is 11 yrs old. We have been doing biomed for years. This past year we have been doing weekly IV chelation, nasal b12 and lots of vitamins/supplements. He was a non responder to valtrex after a 45 day trial. He does seem to have an issue with strep though. --- Jane Romdalvik wrote: > Anyone seeing improvement with older children (like > 10 and up)? > > Thanks, > Jane > > ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Guest guest
>Hi, My son has also made the most progress this year and he is 10. It is hard to say which treatment has helped him the most. We are throwing everything (biomedically) but the kitchen sink at him this year. He is currently taking Valtrex, minocycline, b-12 shots, numerous vitamins and is strictly on the SCD diet. We see his DAN on Thursday and plan to start the Cutler chelation protocol. Everyone who has seen him in the last 5 months can't believe what a different kid he is now. It is very exciting! Guest guest
The parents of kids who are older who dig in and try anyway despite all the bleak... " there is a window... " are AWESOME in my book...and you will show em'....there is not a window...there is a path and we are all on it together....I love that Mackie's big brothers and sisters will be there with us to celebrate the recovery from this thing. THe body never stops healing and repairing itself - people come back from strokes and massive heart attacks, cancer...and THIS illness/injury too - age is not an insurmountable obstacle - never give up as the " older ones " are so so precious and inspirational to the rest of us.... > > >Hi, > > > > My son has also made the most progress this year and he is 10.
