Guest guest Posted April 26, 2008 Report Share Posted April 26, 2008 My fiance and I are trying to find a good deal on a pig (an of course I prefer pastured) and use of a charcoal roaster for the second weekend in August for our wedding reception. I know there are a variety of local pork producers on here, and I use your help. If any of you would be willing to help us figure out how large of a pig we will need (we aren't completely sure on the numbers we will be feeding just yet) and if any of you might have such a thing available to us, please email me off list.
