Guest guest
This is an interesting assertion on your part. As a new member of the group you can speak for us? There are MANY reasons for folks to be here, some may want to bulk up. some may want to slim down, some simply get stronger. The major reason that we ARE here is that we have an interest in the Bullworker as a means to do so. Otherwise, we would be in the " dumbell " interest group forum, discussing sets and reps. As I indicated, lifting weights is fine and many of us do so. However, I will reiterate that the absence of the BW in your gym means nothing in regards to its effectiveness in building strength and fitness. It says more about the gym, its financial model and the like than it does about the BW. To wit, there are many gyms that do not have one jump rope in the building. Now, the jump rope is a great tool for building fitness but a lousy one for making money. You can take it from here. " the reason that most of us are here is not because of our love of the BW > (though it may turn into that if we find it that effective), but because we > want to bulk up - or whatever you want to call it. Now, what's wrong with > telling people that I have found it more effective using dumbells than BW? "
