Hi and All,

I have read through the posting about some of us suffering with EN have noticed

EN nodules healing better while taking Claritin allergy medication. Well,

thinking about this I realized my EN was doing better during the week or so that

I was sick with the flu. I was taking Alkazelter Plus during the day and Night

Quill at night.

Even though I have allergies throughout the hay fever season and such off and on

I do not use allergy meds because of they whack out my blood pressure. But I do

use Stinging Nettle with success to dry up my runny allergy nose and eyes when

needed. But today I am going to go buy a new bottle of Nettle today and start

taking regularly to see if it will help the other supplements I am already

taking. I will let you and the other members know how this works out.
