Leigh,

Awesome results!! I can't wait to see the pictures and your numbers. Did you

go to the beach for the pictures? Did your husband do this challenge with you?

If not, is he ready to after seeing your results??

We went this weekend, but the water wasn't exactly the blue that I

wanted it to be. I think we got some good shots though. I'm so

thrilled about this challenge and I just can't wait to start the

next. Free Week is so hard!!! I miss my normal food!!:))

My hubby didn't do the challenge with me, but he may do it the next

time around:))

gotta run:)

I'm very concerned about the shortage, too. I just had to call around to 3 different pharmacies and I know I'm lucky that I found ONE that carried it in my area (small town). It is really just my luck - y'all could all blame me if you want - it's my typical luck! I just wanted to get that little bit out there about the timeliness just in case it could help someone. I hope you didn't mind - I figured if you're anything like me, you are on top of all the new feelings and would know if it might be due to forgetfulness or not. Personally, I'm having waves of tiredness - it's my 2nd day on the increased dosage and I'm hoping by tomorrow it goes away. I'm concerned I should've addressed the adrenals with the doctor which I chose not to do b/c I don't know enough to be pushy on the subject! I didn't know that a person has

to get their adrenals healthy prior to starting the thyroid meds - I wish I'd known that - I surely would've brought it up....I'm hoping these weird feelings are just the adjustment period to the higher dose.

....I will get a migraine if I don't take my evening dosage on time. As long as I'm timely, I've managed to not have any symptoms.... ..... Our bodies are so unique, it's amazing. When I first tried Armour a few years ago, I started with 30mg at that time and consistently had a week long migraine, no matter what I did. So I stopped and switched to synthetics. Now that I'm in the suppressed range and am adding Armour in, I take 30 mg and have not a single glitch. I don't get it. But I'm glad I can manage it. Not complaining in the least - just bugged about the refill problems. We have to be in tune to ourselves and be confident when we relay ours symptoms as we stay self-aware.I'm very glad that you've found a way to manage your symptoms. That's really excellent!
