myself, and I agree with - you will feel better after the

cardio, trust me. I have had occasions such as those, where I have

literally been hobbbling after LBW. Dragging myself (literally!) up

to the treadmill, setting it on half-speed for the 1st 10 minutes

until I finally loosened up a bit. Then after I wasn't walking like

Quasimodo, I would crank it up to almost-normal speed and do the HIIT

or 20MAS cardio. Don't expect to be able to do your normal speed.

You will hit a level 10 on a speed that would usually be a level 8, I

would guess. ;) Hope you feel better soon! Take a hot bath every

night, that helps too.
