Guest guest
Ouch! Poor girl!! *pats Janeen on the head soothingly* I've BTDT myself, and I agree with - you will feel better after the cardio, trust me. I have had occasions such as those, where I have literally been hobbbling after LBW. Dragging myself (literally!) up to the treadmill, setting it on half-speed for the 1st 10 minutes until I finally loosened up a bit. Then after I wasn't walking like Quasimodo, I would crank it up to almost-normal speed and do the HIIT or 20MAS cardio. Don't expect to be able to do your normal speed. You will hit a level 10 on a speed that would usually be a level 8, I would guess. Hope you feel better soon! Take a hot bath every night, that helps too.
