Guest guest Posted August 2, 2006 Report Share Posted August 2, 2006 dear friends, i am using b w for a long period of time. i want to know that since i m a bit fat and fluffy can B W help in reducing ny size as i dont want to gain any inches on my waist and chest region. kindly help me as to which tpe of exercise i.e isometrics or isotonics would be suitable to me.
