Have any of you tried flower essences? I've been using Bach flower

essences to combat anxiety and they have helped me. I've been using

red chestnut, aspen and mimulus.

They have one called Star of Bethlehem that is used for childhood

trauma and can be used for past trauma. I'm getting that one to try

next. Couldn't hurt! Just thought I'd mention it since we've all

had childhood trauma.

I personally can't use them ( too many allergies) but I have used Bach's

Rescue Remedy for one of my dogs thunderstorm fears and it works wonderfully

!! I got mine from the GNC store ( it's made for humans)

Jackie,

That's great that Rescue Remedy helps your dog! I used to use

that before I went out with my son when he was learning to drive, lol.

I've wanted to try it on myself many times ( especially when visiting my

nada !) but I have allergies to most flowers/pollen and that can trigger

asthma, so I never did. Because it worked so well on that dog, I do

believe it's a wonderful product :-)
