Hi Bonny

I've had an active/chronic case for 1 year now. I found it to be quite

managable for the past few months. I have not had to take any Ibupro for

several weeks now...... but I have been exercising regualrly for the past

few months...seems ironic as most people have better luck with best rest....

but I like to do aqua-fit and just swim around and it seems to have been

somewhat of a help. I have to be careful not to over do it though because

then things tend to get worse for me. The biggest obstical I've been faced

with with my EN is the constant fatigue. I have been journling for the past

year and have noticed that my EN fatigue comes on in the 2nd week of my

menstral cycle and lasts until the day after my period is over. So I really

only have a few days out of the month that I'm not tired. I don't

necessarily mean tired as in can't keep my eyes open, but more like my arms

feel too heavy and it's too much effort to do things around the house (I

have 3 children, 6 and under). Is this true for you too? Do you have that

chronic fatigue to deal with also? My worst EN flare was last August...my

joints/swelling and fatigue was so bad, I couldn't even walk! During that

particular time, bed rest, elevation, cool compress and Motrin and/or Ibupro

was how I worked through it.
