Guest guest
Hi everyone! I know this title is odd but it is the one word that comes close to describe my son's most " disruptive " behavior. He has these moments especialy at the end of the day where he is just totaly giddy! laughs so much that he can hardly stand, runs around the room staring at the fixture in perfect elated mood. He shows otherwise a calmer demeanor, is fairly compliant at school and at home, never hurts others or self, tampers seldom. This gidiness is the most disruptive behavior to his overall learning and at times I think of it as an escape. Some of his teachers think it's a way to release pent up stress. It's quite cute and I am not even sure if I should even worry to much about it. Except that lately it has increased in frequency and he is starting to have a harder time falling asleep and he wakes up in the middle of the night which he did not before. Any one in a similar situation and any tips on how to handle this? thanks group.
