Hi Everyone,

I will do my UBWO Wed and am still struggling with my shoulders. I

started doing shoulders before chest, which only helped a little.

My shoulders fatigue so fast that I can barely do the side raises

even w/o weights. Even I begin with small weights, 1#s, I have

problems. I am wondering if this would have anything to do with

having a fused disc between the C5 & C6 vertebrae. I really need to

strengthen this area so am trying really hard. Even if I can't do

all the reps or use small weights, will it finally happen?

Side raises are tough. I remember when I first did them, I would

fatigue very quickly and thought that this isn't much weight.
