I started doing shoulders before chest, which only helped a little. My shoulders fatigue so fast that I can barely do the side raises even w/o weights. Even I begin with small weights, 1#s, I have problems. I am wondering if this would have anything to do with having a fused disc between the C5 & C6 vertebrae. I really need to strengthen this area so am trying really hard.
