It's nice to have a place where we can be completely open and talk to people who have the same kind of experiences. My philosophy is that no matter what I'm feeling, it's great to fully experience the emotion - no matter how painful it is - just so that I can get it out of myself and move on to the next level of my recovery. I find that once I allow myself to " fully experience " the emotion, that it disappears (as much as possible at the time). With all the wondeful folks here who understand, I can recover every few mintues....in therapy, maybe once in a blue moon! Welcome to the group!
