Guest guest
I think I'd signed one Arti - no worries. When I had my last colonoscopy, I was given Miralax instead of the gallon stuff, but ended up needing a second bottle (!) to get clean! Guest guest
The Natural Calm product I mentioned is a powder that you mix with water thus it has no fillers at all. There is a version that is sweetened with stevia. I just use the plain version. It just contains magnesium citrate and magnesium carbonate. . Hi Marti, sorry I called you Arti.... I appreciate the cellulose information a lot, it saves me from looking up your kind of magnesium, as I am intolerant of cellulose/rashy. I hate that, but what is, is, nothing to do about it. Been to two allergists. Maybe I need a homeopath who has cellulose, IF I could find one around here? I won't hold my breath. I have IBS, so the magnesium oxide/constipating is just part of my life anyway --hello Miralax. (BTW, Did you know Miralax is really Golightly you drink before a colonoscopy, just much much less in a little cup and add 8 oz. water? Education is a beautiful thing! HA). I try not to use it, just add more vegs or beans for fiber in diet, that usually works. Last week constipation, this week diarrhea. You never know w/IBS. I am pushing allergic lanolin in D3 on my body already, I'd hate to add another, at least on purpose. Thanks! Vicki K
