Dear Group,

Please join me in welcoming our newest member,Jodie from Canada, who

has joined us because:I got erythema nodosum 5 years ago. A year after

that I deveopled Lichen Sclerosis and then, later, Fibromyalgia. I am

wondering if there's a conection, and am curious about this disease.

Thanks for sending in your questionnaire. I have added it to our other

Member Medical History Files and posted it below. You now have full EN

Group privileges.

You are set to receive ALL EN Group emails.

In addition you may access the Group site at:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/erythema_nodosum_Group/

and logging on with your Yahoo ID:picksiewings

and secret password.

We are an active group, so if you want the emails to stop, PLEASE LET

ME KNOW.

You may indeed have found a connection between EN and your current

disorders. However, neither appear on our list of related disorders.

We do have quite a few with Fibro. here. Welcome!

Love,

******

5. Describe your erythema nodosum/PG symptoms or, if you do not have

EN or PG, please explain why you wish to join this group.

I no longer have symptoms, or I don't believe I do. I had it 5 years

ago, and developed small hard red/pink bumps on my legs which were

extemely painful. We were having a breakout of meningitis at the

time, and so went to the hospital. I was diagnosed with a virus and

sent home. The next day the development of the bumps had gone away,

but both legs were covered in them, which turned quickly into bruises.

A few months later I was then diagnosed as having erythema nodosum,

but by then all symptoms had passed.

I would like to join this group, as this disease is curious to me, and

would like some more insight to it. I would also like to see if there

seems to be any connection between my current conditions and EN

6. List any other health conditions.

After all the bruises had subsided, I noticed one bump on my belly

wouldn't go away. This stayed for months, and about a year later was

diagnosed with Lichen Scerlosis

which was spreading rapidly.

This January, after a few years of symptoms, I was finally diagnosed

with Fibromyalgia.
