Guest guest
It would depend on if each year he gets a W-2 or a 1099. On the W-2 it will clearly show if he paid into SS. I have a pre dx patient that has been referred to us, no insurance, does not qualify for medicaid, and I really am not sure if he qualifies for medicare. He does not have a work hx beside being a personal caregiver. Thank you for any help!
