Guest guest
Ah, you have revealed yourself! When logic and hard work fail, use profanity! Guest guest
Well, you continue to use attack versus logic. What else is new? You were the one that indicated that lower body involvment was necessary to add muscular mass. I simply pointed out that it was possible without such. Of course, one should exercise their legs and I agreed that the BW is not great for leg exercises. There are ways to work your leg muscles isometrically and much of the iso research is conducted using leg contractions. However, the issue that got us started was whether using the BW and isometrics can add muscular mass. Research says that it can, you say that it can't. So, we must believe you over research? As I have said repeatedly and which you continue to ignore is that most exercise systems can and will add muscle mass when employed correctly. I have no issue with weights nor bodyweight exercises, I have and do employ them from time to time. However, my personal experience and research indicates that muscle mass can be added by using isometric contraction, AND that it is from a time employed perspective, a superior exercise method vs. isotonic movements. So, attack away but everything I have said has been researched to death. Regarding my position as moderator, I suppose I should have allowed your insults to the British citizens to pass freely to the folks on this board. However, I was doing my job, pure and simple. Thanks for sharing.
