Did I mention I love WalMarta? Maybe I will be able to model my

dance outfit at the Pool Party, lol. Probably not, it won't be done

by then if I know me. I found great fabric there, though. I am

still thinking of how to complete my costume.

Are you stiil doing the belly dancing? I guess so if your doing a

costume...Duh melanie!! There's not anything like that around here. If there was

I'd be

really tempted to do it.

Another question Marta. Are you able to use your abdominal muscles? I

tried to do a Sit up the other night and Never was able to even get up any. I

think the muscles are in rebellion from 3 open surgeries...Is this a

possibility?

I even tried with some support to the abdomen and every time I tried I had

severe back spasms and had to quit. I want to try and get the muscles as tight

as I can before any plastics....Or do I need to just assume that it isn't

possible without the " muscle work? "

Are you a 1st case tomorrow? I always wanted to be first. I don't wait

well.....LOL. The one time I was a 2nd case, I made the annesthesia guy nervous

watching EVERYTHING, and he knocked me out with versed....LOL.

We'll be here waiting for word that all is fine, I have faith that it

will be!

Sort of. I want to learn one dance, just one. I am working on

that. Don't have the song chosen yet.

Nah, I can't really use them. Haven't worked them, yet. Am thinking

of trying to strengthen them, though.

You can probably strengthen them. I never got back after being

pregnant.

Yep. Me, too, I like to be first.

Thanks, Mel. My brain says everything will be fine. I just get

nervous. I remember the girl who almost bled to death when I was in

med school. Pelvic surgery has a high risk of bleeding. Of course,

I have survived FIVE surgeries on my belly and pelvis. Wow!

Hmm, of course, I have had VERY talented surgeons, including the

chief of GYN at Hopkins and Dr.K(twice) and an Army surgeon,

and a Kaiser surgeon. Gulp!

A Kaiser surgeon,oh uck...LOL Did he just want to move things

around or did he really take something out...Who knows maybe

he wanted you on their plan for 6mths....Sorry, I know that

Kaiser has good surgeons,,,I just hate the way they make a

heavy person jump thru hoops....

Knowing you will do great as God's blessings are upon you

Hi ,

I did do some crunches before my tt/hr to gain muscle in the area. I don't

know whether it helped or not, but I thought I could give Dr. K something to

stitch together! I know I actually did have some muscle when he did the

surgery.

Good luck on getting " in shape " to get in shape! LOL

Hugs and blessings,

Ann
