Guest guest
I'm glad she diagnosed you, but I find it troubling that Elmore started you on $ynthroid rather than desiccated thyroid. If you do not do well on the $ynthroid, you may have to push her to write for compounded desiccated thyroid or Armour if you can find some. >> I'm new to the realm of thyroid treatment, diagnosis and labs. In fact, I've been suffering from these symptoms for well over a year but couldn't get diagnosed or treated properly. > > To make a long story short, and I'm happy to report, that I went to see Dr. Suzanne Elmore in Irving, Texas, today. She is very thorough and I felt like my first interaction with her was a good one. She really listens and takes her time. > > She is running more tests but, based on what I took her today, she started me on Synthroid. I'm just excited that I'm finally going to possibly get some resolution. > > Thanks for the tips and insight from everyone who shared. I so appreciate all of you!>
