Steroid inhaler - anyone else have this problem?

The problem is 2 puffs/day of my Flovent inhaler is not enough to control my

asthma, 4 puffs/day controls my asthma symptoms but makes me constantly sick w/

sore throat, fluid in ears, sinus infection, etc. I've gone back & forth many

times with the dosage & it's always the same result. It's soooo frustrating! I

can't decide which is worse to live with, the asthma symptoms or being sick all

the time. I also take Singulair but it doesn't help that much.

Anyone have any suggestions or insight? Thanks in advance.
