Try getting some aggression out while you're working out and see what happens. Do you feel better or worse after stress eating? If you feel worse, remind yourself of that, and perhaps experiment with one of the many excellent coping mechanisms that have been posted here. If you need to, re-read the section in the book on " positive pressure " . Most importantly, remember you have a choice as to how you react to a situation.
