I wouldn't do anything until you get the answer as to whether he or

Bullworker UK owns the copywrite to the existing tapes. If they do, they

have every right to threaten us for making mass copies of them. Whether

they can make it stick, deal with international law, and kill their business

in the process is another story, but if they do own the copywrite, it would

be stealing.

Now, Larry handled this very badly and he has alienated Bullworker users all

over the world with what has happened here. I say we give him the chance to

suck it up and say he is sorry. Sooner he does it, the better everything

will be.

But in the end, my question is this: Why does anyone need a video?

Perhaps, in the interests of tolerance, before deciding whether to boot him or

not we ought to give him the opportunity to apologise and change his mind?

After all, we all make mistakes once in a while . . .

I say kick him out of the group! His only intentions and purpose is to try a make a buck (pound) He adds nothing to the group but problems.

As the guy who first jumped on Larry Marketing, I actually would

favor him being given a chance to apologize and start contributing

something to the group for a change.

Notice, that in spite of the obviously negative reaction to his

tirade, he has not come back with any message at all.

" I love you, I will sue you! "

Hmmm.

Lets see if he is man enough to recognize he made a mistake.

If not, hey, who needs Larry Marketing.

The copyright is owned by Reeves International which has authorized their licensees to use trademark and copyrighted materials to their benefit.

It is interesting, when one contacts Bullworker USA about the effectiveness of the older models, their response is "if it isn't broke, use it." Seems they like those testimonies of 30-year old working units. When it does break, and it is the plastic sleeve that wears out, not the spring, they want to sell you a new one.

They are pretty informative and usually respond very quickly to questions...
