Guest guest
Thank you for the mazel tov! I hate to even talk about this but my nada actually did this to me (locked me up in mental ward for 30days)...I was 14? On the 30th day she was supposed to pick me up, NO SIGN of her.....Long story short, she refused to bring me home, never came to get me, and she lost custody of her only child.....A very upper middle class family I was from, nobody could believe nada did this. She refused to let her eldest sister have me, so off to a foster home I went- That was indeed when my heart broke in half.....I had to get a lawyer, aunt was able to use my attorney, and eventually months later I ended up safely in CA with my loving, caring aunt....NADA refused to speak to me until I was hmm, maybe 18????She would not call, refused to speak to her sister, and never ever sent me a note on a B-Day.....Sad I suppose, but I did learn so much. MY nada is SO dangerous- Thanks so much, Kim In a message dated 10/8/2004 10:01:06 AM Eastern Standard Time, hellokitty435@... writes: Kim, mazel tov on the bar mitzvah AND on the inlaw support!- jana ps, that was a big one with my nada, if she was still alive I can gaurantee you she would do the same type of stuff. Her big threat when I got teenage ys was if I tried to run she would have me locked up in an asylum.
