Pharmacist recommends:

AM shake using 1 scoop of this in the AM to add more protein and even out blood

flour, guar gum and Oryzatein, a healthy brown rice protein that help support

She also recommended: Thyrosol is an exciting multi-faceted formula featuring

Hypo/hashi folks often do not do well on supplements or even some prohormones such as pregnenalone. Their usefulness is dependent on the ability to convert and process, which is often inadequate in the thyroid patient.

I did not read the links you provided, but one ingredient in the list you copied jumped out at me: flax seed flour. It is a goiterogen and can interfere with thyroid hormone production and absorption. Some of us can tolerate a small amount of those things from time to time, but I would definitely not want to be consuming it every day.

What you may need is highly individual.

I met with Dr Gutsmann this afternoon... She recommended the same supplements..

She does not work with Cortisol...

She said she didn't know about possible 's.. and she wasn't sure an Endo

would consider my labs because they were saliva and not blood...

She did draw blood for thyroid and all my other hormones to see where I am...

She will phone me later this week with results. Hopefully Thursday or Friday.

So.. I know we HATE Endos' here.. Do I need to see one to be sure this isn't

something more than " Adrenal Exhaustion " .
