I know that the restriction has to be important Lee; but Dr. K told me

of four separate occasions that it is the malabsorption that does the trick.

I would think (not being a physician) that the restriction would be the

thing that does it, but not according to our Papa K.

As for your stomach being stretched, yes, I will bet the farm that it is the

water that did it for you. Water weighs a lot and hanging out there in the

stomach, with gravity pulling it toward your feet, that weight has to

stretch the stomach. So says the man with no medical knowledge. LOL

Jim,

I am certainly no expert - but IMHO - I think malabsorption

definitely helps expedite the weight loss - however, I think the

small stomach is key to losing all the weight.

PS I have always drank water in mass quantities - I have been called

a camel for years - wonder if that is what has stretched mine or was

it sheer gluttony?
