It is quite common for children with autism to have hormonal imbalances which often manifest themselves as things like hyperthyroidism and early puberty, some as early as 5 or 6 years old, so although it is shocking to see pubic hair on a 6-year-old, it is within the realm of " normality " for an autistic child.
