Guest guest
Hi! Could be a couple of things. In my un-doctor-educated opinion, could be either incorrect breathing technique, OR exercise-induced asthma. You might want to check out www;.dragondoor.com for Pavel Tsatsouline's breathing techniques. Not sure which book they are in, but all his stuff is available on that site, plus they have a good message board. I believe he calls it Power Breathing, and it's a very specific technique to increase your oxygen consumption, efficiency, etc. Actually Bill West on our list here is the resident expert on the Evil Russian's techniques, so I am hoping he chimes in here with more info. *pokes Bill where it hurts* MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! See your doctor, okay? Please don't try to self- diagnose something like this, even with some experienced people here throwing out their opinions. See your doc, and if he/she says nothing is *physically* causing the breathing probs, then explore the Power Breathing and/or slowing down the cardio a bit. Your health is most important! Now, a gentle moderator-poke for not signing your name on your post. Initials is not enough, k? You need to sign your name, or your post is subject to deletion. Thanks.
