Guest guest
are you still eating fruits?? and honey?? those can still feed yeast issues. gas means die off, if you take ctivated charcole 45 min after doseing it (make sure it's also that far away from food or closer to an hour out both ways) it can absorb the die off so you don't GET gas Recovering from Autism is a marathonNOT a sprint, but FULLY possible!Read more about it on my BLOGs athttp://www.myspace.com/christelkinghttp://foggyrock.com/MyPage/recoveringwishes Probiotic Help It seems as though we've been fighting yeast FOREVER. About 5-6 months now. We have been on many natural anti fungals, and the SCD. We have been through Nystatin and now are on Diflucan. We've been on Diflucan for about a week and a half and it seems now it's tapering off. Each time we give our son a probiotic his stomach bloats up like a blow fish. We give him the smallest amount and this always happens. We are meeting with our new DAN doctor in 2 weeks and I know he's going to tell us to get on a probiotic. We just tried the Kirkman single strain L. Acidophilus and the same thing happened. Just a 1/4 of a capsule was given. I know in the book "Children with Starving Brains" Dr. McCandless mentions that some children with severe distention can not take a probiotic, but doesn't go any further in to it.It seems as though probiotic is mandatory in fighting yeast and it obviously is- seeing how we just can't get rid of it in order to chelate.Has anyone else had this problem?? Perhaps giving him gas drops with the probiotic, but then are there any SCD legal ones? No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG. Guest guest
We haven't tried any of that. I'm a little worried about the goat yogurt, does this have caesin? What is YCK or water kefir? We are going to try charcoal, esp. seeing how his dark circles under the eyes are much more prominent with the Diflucan. If you do try biotin, most need really high doses to regulate yeast--side effects of high-dose biotin are headaches and constipation, usually relieved by Magnesium. You HAVE to give lots of Magnesium when using high-dose biotin. Have you tried giving 1/4 of the probiotic and working upwards? What about the goat's milk yogurt on SCD, have you tried that? What about YCK or water kefir as your probiotic. The bloating may just be a sign of die off--what about charcoal and hour later. Just seeing what you have tried.
