Dear Z,

Ever hear the story about the fox and the scorpian. The scorpian needs to

cross the river and cannot swim. A fox happens by the river bank. Scorpion

asks if he can ride on the foxes' nose across the river. The fox says no

because

the scorpian will surely sting him. The scorpian then sweet talks the fox

into carrying him across the river saying that if the scorpian stings the fox

then they will both drown. Fox agrees and allows the scorpion to climb onto his

nose. He then starts swimming across the river. Midway the scorpian stings

him. As they are both about to drown in the water the fox asks why. The

scorpion replies he can't help himself to sting is his nature . He's a

scorpion.

That pretty much sums up negotiations with the nada.

,

Duly noted. That was an excellent analogy.
