i know the pain, believe me. i had pg the size of a tennis ball that

ulcerated to the bone! i spent a month in the university of michigan

medical center 4 years ago.

i don't know where you live, but you need to get to a teaching medical

center..........or, a place like the cleveland clinic (they have a

clinic that does nothing but treat leg ulcers). mayo clinic and there

are a few others. waiting lists are long, so you might want to get

your doc to pull some strings or at least figure out a way for you to

get into one of their er's where they can't refuse you. you sound

like er material, only one that has this level of pain knows that.

i read rebecca's link on panniculitis last nite or the nite before.

this is some pretty serious stuff. your imuran may be promoting this.

the prednosone is likely promoting your diabetic issue. these need

close monitoring............sounds like you need some er attention.

almost sounds like the doc may have you on the wrong meds, or at least

he should be addressing all these secondary issues as a result. you

need a team of docs that include a good derm as well as the

appropriate doc for your underlying causes to work together and nail

down a good treatment plan. going to u of m was the ONLY was i was

ever going to get the help i needed.

find a lot of difference in it,I dont mean to sound melodramatic but i

just dont think i can go on like this with this kind of pain much

longer,does anyone have any suggestions on anything at all that i can

do to get some relief?I am desperate here,please
