Guest guest
Hello is, I sleep hugging two big fat pillows every night of the world. There are many blankets in our home...but their are a couple inparticular that bring me the most comfort. So....If you're " a little crazy " .... so am I. LOL! Since before i was born i sucked my thumb (i quit that right before high school!) and since i was very little i carried a security blanket around with me. Eventually i upgraded to something less bulky--a pillowcase. These items always gave me comfort because they smelled like home...i still have the pillowcase (granted i've gone through several throughout my lifetime) and pull it out from time to time while my husband isn't around (it's a little embarassing to admit i still have this hanging around for more reasons than just its sentimentality). Is this normal??? I feel extremely weird, like there's something wrong with me for having this...and still using it occassionally. Guest guest
is, This doesn't sound crazy to me at all!! In fact, I think it's nice to have an object which is comforting and helps us feel safe. I am 25 and I started sleeping with a stuffed animal last year. I have a precious, cuddly, big floppy-eared stuffed dog who I snuggle with every night. I also have 2 body pillows. I got all this stuff at my therapist's suggestion and it helped me feel very comforted and safe while living alone. It is very important to me to have soft, comforting objects around. And you are so normal! > Hey everyone, > This may sound a little crazy, but i am 23 years old and have been > married for about 9 months now.
