That's exactly like my experience. My free meals

weren't really planned and once I ate a trigger food

that would ruin me for the day. Psychologically I also

need a day's rest and can enjoy the day knowing it's a

" reward " for eating well the whole week.

I'm still catching up on some old mail but it feels so

good to be reading these messages again (laptop

problems). That alone really helps to keep me on

track.
